Surprise Premiums

I took an LTE contract with Telkom, for R199 per month. The contract lapses in November 2023. Last month, April 2023, the statement comes and I was billed R209. How? No communication, nothing. Is the contract I signed not binding for 24 months term? I am not renewing this after it lapses.
