Surpised

I honestly can't believe I'm saying these words, but Telkom has gone up in my estimations.

We were having trouble with heavy crackling on our phone lines and after many failed attempts to contact Telkom through their online chat application, I gave them a call. They passed me around a bit but told me they could send someone out - although they didn't know when. I was very surprised when I got a call from an employee saying he'd be there in the hour. He came and fixed the line without a fuss! Our line is now sorted and the experience was pleasant.

I hope this positive change is here to stay.
