Surge or Water damage - TRJ075293

After a lot of phone calls I still don't have an answer. Sent in my Zyxel WIFI router for repair as the call agent suggested to me in Dec 2018 because product was still under warranty. Today when I call, they told me the modem has liquid damage(WIFI ROUTER WATER DAMAGE ***), after many call to ********** 085 got an answer surge damage, OK I'm not worried because I have a warranty. NO NO, when lighting strike TELKOMS NETWORK and the lighting run threw TELKOMS phone line, and hits the router, NO WARRANTY. been a loyal customer for about 6 yrs while paying ±R12k per year. I know I am a small guys not corporate. I always advise people to take out a ADSL line with Telkom. But guess what, i'm cancelling my ADSL with telkom.
