Suraya Soobrathi from Telkom - very well informed and very professional.

I called Telkom twice trying to get in formation about they're services how we could port our number over in order to keep using it as our previous service provider was ending their service. I was however unable to get the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. When I called the third time I was assisted by Suraya Soobrathi who was able to advise me about what Telkom could offer us and more about the porting process. She was very well informed and very professional.
