Supposedly upgraded but they made it worse

<p>In September Telkom had claimed that they upgraded the adsl line and I used to be to get 9mbps but after the "upgrade" I only get 4 on a good day and mainly get 1 mbps. It hasn't been to bad in the past but has just gotten worse</p>
