Supposed to travel 200km for simswap

Called telkom to have a simswap performed and was told that due to telkom not compiling icasa has taken away their right to perform a simswap. Why are you selling simcards in areas where we cannot do simswaps. Why must we as clients suffer for your incompetence? When I asked for a solution I was told to travel 200kms or call sales cause that's how I got the contract. I'm amazed by your lack of customer support.
