supposed to credit me, but no response!!!!!

I have logged a lot of complaints but I don't get any response, Telkom is owing me money, and there is no way I can resolve this problem. they just keep on deducting the money from my account to a total of a R 100,000.00 in the last 2 years now. I am spending about 3 hours a day on the phone with Telkom but to no avail. I have a 1000 reference numbers that does not mean anything, even the money that is credited gets re-deducted for already cancelled lines and does not get paid back...... I am at my limits and it's either Hellopeter or attorneys or maby even both.<br> <br> Pieter<br>
