Absolutely PATHETIC!!! LTE worked perfectly for almost a year and suddenly the download speeds are slower than dial-up. Phoned and logged a case, followed up a week later only to learn that no case was logged. Logged a new case and followed up again a week later... Guess what??? No case!!!! Finally managed to log a case that they could keep record of and and it has now been almost three months of lies and promises and I’m absolutely done now!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are nothing less than a bunch of corporate bullies with no sense of morals! CANCEL THiS CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
