If I could give them 0 stars I would. ****ing useless when it comes to queries or billing issues. Once they have you as a customer they do not give **** afterwards. I have logged calls, sent emails to dispute a migration done on my account which they loaded as a new contract and I have bene billed every month for the migration and the old contract. Billing is ****ing my debit orders each month by adding additional and then I need to reverse the charges and pay reversal charges.
