Superb Service

I want to express my gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for Telkom Zewenwacht Mall in Kuilsriver, WC. I was quite pleased with Jodie Watson's service. Someone attempted to register a *****ulent account in my name; however, I am not now and never have been a Telkom client.

He was patient with me, listened to what I had to say, and did everything in his power to help me. Remember, I wasn't even bringing in business, so he could have easily directed me to another department, given me a phone number to call, etc., but he chose not to. I was extremely appreciative when I left the store and would suggest this store to anyone looking to sign a new contract or who simply has basic questions about Telkom services.
