I couldn't be more grateful to AMANDA MASONDO at the Durban Customer Care Service Dept. My call was answered immediately, Amanda was extremely patient as I didn't have the required details immediately to hand, efficient, sympathetic to my particular request and went out of her way to assist me which she did. THANK YOU!!!
