Super slow service

<p>I app**** in store for the Huawei wifi router over a week ago, i was told I'll receive an sms in 24-48 hours to inform me about the results of the process, 72 hours later and nothing, i went back to the store to do a follow up and the lady over the counter (without even looking at her pc) tells me its still being processed i must wait, 48 hours later i call in only to be told there's nothing on the system with my details and that i have to go back to the store to do another follow up. Now maybe I'm just being impatient but such level of incompetence and inconvenience is embarrassing to have potential clients running up and down for your benefit it utter nonsense</p>
