<p>Good Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>Im writing this to just say thank you to Igsaan and the Social Media Department of Telkom. Ive been struggling with technical support since beginning of November to come out and repair my faulty internet line. I gave up on phoning to follow up and turned to hello peter, boom in a couple of days they follow up and tell me theyre on it, technician phoned me Tuesday and came out yesterday, finally the line is working and everyone is happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks guys, I think you set the standard of what Telkoms Service should be like. </p>
