We had an issue with our Telkom fiber and when we initially logged a call the advise who assisted was a helpful as a stick. Next day we followed up on the query and were assisted by Palesa Funnani. What a great person with great knowledge. She assisted professionally and friendly and has so much patience whilst I was running around pressing buttons and getting something to reset the modem. Palesa thank you! I hope management use the call interaction between Palesa and myself for training purposes so that the rest of the unhelpful staff can learn and see what is SUPER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
