Super helpful during order process

During our initial verification process, the call got cut off, and Saidrin phoned back to resume the process, and was patient with me while I sorted out the company reg number, which I had incorrect, and despite my efforts to locate the correct one, I could not find it.<br> <br> Saidrin gave me enough time to locate the correct info and then called back to complete the order, saving me the hassle of re-starting the process from scratch.<br> <br> Service at this level is rare in my experience and so I always want to make a point of saying thank you when I experience it.
