Super friendly and very helpful

Mbiksek is someone I would like to help me everytime. I called because I have a problem but it is clear that his hands it tied and he tried his very best to make the best of the awkward spot a bad policy of Telkom put him in.<br> <br> Telkom need more of him on the job and also put him in charge so that my problem can be fixed :-)<br> <br> PS. Just for reference this is my problem. On 22 August I got a new contract for R249 and today they launched new contracts. And I want to migrate upwards to a R399 contract but not allowed (only after 3 months can I migrate)<br> <br>
