Super-fast Service by Telkom Which we Didn't even think

<p>Have reported for migration of my telkom line to Wholesale pool with all documents and stuff but dear telkom friends say to wait for 21days which is too short and now again they have not even responded for almost 30+ days and calling call center back to back she is not even aware...............pls help any suggestions.</p>
