Super fast 10MB ADSL

<p>Hi Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>I am on an 10Mb ADSL internet package. I studied IT, so I know how to test my connection speed. My current test shows the following results. You can tell me if this is viable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ping : 1964ms</p> <p>Download Speed : 0.69Mbps</p> <p>Upload Speed: 0.08Mbps</p> <p> </p> <p>I can tell you what it is suppose to be, because this is not working.
