Super ****ed at Telkom. Tshepo Marala is the rudest person I have spoken to. I do not understand why he accepted a job in Customer Care if he knows nothing about the importance of TFC. He hung up on me just because he could not answer a simple question. This just shows that he does not have any listening or processing s****s which made him answer what he was hearing and not what I was asking. He was basically listening to answer and not to understand and solve the problem.

I spoke to his manager Clifford and I am still on the line waiting for feedback.
