super bad service

<p>I am due for my contract upgrade this month,i went to telkom maponya mall about three times everytime when i get there i dont get help sll the consultants who helped me alway take my number to call me back but they have not and its been three weeks now.they always say they dont have the deal code for the tablet i want.when i asked the telephone numbers for other branch they dont have.and finally when i call the upgrade department u hold for more than 40 minutes waiting for a consultant to help you.i have been calling for three weeks withou help.telkom its super useless when it comes to customer service i am realy dissapointed.i regret doing business with telkom.the service is realy pathetic</p>
