Super bad service

<p>My adsl line is dropping every 5 to 10 min , been phoning telkom the last month and a half . logging faults but my probleme is still here , they sent a technician to my house to fix it , he said it was the filter on my side so i have to pay the callout fee. but after he left the probleme is still here ,after logging plenty of faults they told me the probleme is at the exchange . wow telkom took you 45 days to see the probleme and the best of all its still not fixed. cant use my internet at all i even struggle to sent this message.</p> <p>I was alway a loyal customer to telkom but wont suggest future use</p>
