Super bad

After almost two weeks waiting for a order to be processed i phoned today just to find out the order was never confirmed... So we have limited options but when you wanto be a customer they dont seem to deliver. So how long will i still wait?? Makes me nervous because if this is how we start off it cant go well. No one phones no one tries to make any effort on the companies side. I have to keep on phoning just to be disappointed. Could someone there please make contact.
