SUMSUNG Z FOLD 6 MANUFACTURING FAULT

- When I purchased Samsung Fold 6 mid 2024 I was guaranteed by Telkom that it will not have an ink issue like the Samsung Fold 3 I bought at your stores also. - Unfortunately, the guarantee I received from you did not suffice as I am experiencing the same ink problem, which is clearly a manufacturing fault. - I demand that you replace my phone or repair it at absolutely no cost to me. Should you choose to repair, note that I will need a phone I will use in the meantime. - I understand that there is 24 months warrantee for Samsung Z Fold 6 in South Africa. - End.
