Summons for account cancelled 5 months ago
This will be my 3rd post concerning the same issue (ref: AI ********** ) I cancelled my ADSL service over 5 months ago. Spoke to an agent and sent through the form requested. i have since sold and moved out the house with the line in question and continued to get billed by telkom.
Today started a new chapter where im getting calls from debt collectors concerning the same matter which Telkom said they would "look at and provide you with feedback".
This has been an ongoing matter for over 5 months and all they do is promise, promise, promise....

20 Jun 2018, 21:03Its been 8 months since i cancelled my telkom account and now ive been listed on ITC as a bad payer.
I still dont understand how after cancelling a service over 3 times and even after numerous calls with people in charge who promise to sort out the issue, nothing is still done.
You need to remove my name from credit bureau as this has affected my credit negatively for something your incompetence is to blame for.
