Sue Telkom

Surely something can be done to sue Telkom?? I cancelled my line last year and app**** for an alternative product on the advice of a Telkom consultant due to the fact that they don't have the infrastructure for adsl at my new address. Yet Telkom penalised me for it and continued to charge me. And then end up threatening to blacklist me for a service they want me to pay for that I'm not getting. I've had enough.
