Sucks

NEVER USE. An employee sold me an interest package of the speed 1gig. I had no idea this doesn't exist. for 2 months of them sending technicans the speed is 20MBps. Ridiculous. I cancelled my contract. They have been debiting me for the last year. Every month I must reverse and contact them and they ay they are investigating. They tell me they cannot cancel my contract because I didn't return the WiFi router in its original box. They want to charge me 1700 for the box. Disgusting.
