such terrible service and no customer service

I don't even know where to begin I have query with them I have called many times without help.they are dragging my name through the mud giving me a bad credit record.I was paying for a 4mag speed hence they were giving me 2 mag..I made a dispute since the beginning of the year but no one has called me back to give me feedback neither is the query resolved. .they are still charging me..I am so furious and angry because of the bad service. I hate telkom with passion such a big organisation but *********** and pathetic they don't value customers at all.its such a disgrace I think I am going to take them to court finish and klaar .they don't even answear when you call them
