Such disregard for clients...

<p>PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE heed my warning and do yourself a favour by NEVER or at least first look for alternatives when thinking of opening an account with Telkom. I have never hand to experiance such baltant theft in my life with no regard to trying to reslove the issue. I opened a two year contract with Telkom for a small router on their 3 + 3 gig special almost three years ago to which I am still paying for even after following all the rules when canceling the contact once the two years had passed. I was happy with what I had knowing that it was sufficient to get me by, but sitting where I am now, I have such huge regrets! Having never missed a payment in the two years of the contactract and keeping to my part of the deal, when August 2015 passed my term was up and I no longer needed the service. I contacted Telkom to let them know I did not want to extend my conctract and was explained that I needed to go into a store and fill out a cancelation document and file a call once done, to which I did. Nine Months later ( at R 119 per Month, thats now R1071 ) and after many a phone call, Facebook posts and store visists. of which they all said that I will be contacted and this will be resolved......I am still being debited R 119 per Month. I was also told that if I cancel the debit order at the bank, I will find their legal department ' on my back 'so I must watch out. </p> <p>This is my last reslove before I get my lawyers involved and give Telkom the oppertunity to make right what they have done.
