such bad service from telkom

<p>it is the SECOND month i getted billed nearly R600 for 5 gig and when u go on the chat website of telkom the agents are RUDE and refuse to call u back YET THERE IS AN OPTION WHERE THEY MUST CALL U BACK - GISHWILL KOEN IS ONE OF THEM!!!! i want my account sorted out!! and the R70 fee the bank charges me everytime to stop the wrong debit order - does ANYONE AT TELKOM CARE ABOUT SERVICE??</p>
