Such an awful experience with call centre again!

I have app**** for a LTE line and have a lady call me back and she was 100% unwilling to go give me any sort of communication that it was infact the correct people that i was speaking to - how on earth must i know that she works with Telkom when the number comes up as spam as she is calling from a number that spams people...??

Then she tells me she may be able to get her manager to send an email later and maybe get back to me tomorrow?? what kind of service is this?
