Success in getting deposit back from Telkom

I was moving home and gave Telkom the 30 days written notice so I could get my deposit back. I had to phone and email before they acknowledged receipt of my notice. A few weeks later I went into Telkom Randburg to request my deposit. I was told to phone the accounts department. I did receive my deposit back soon afterwards but I had to chase Telkom for it.
