substation burnt, no effort to repair

good day, we are many people living on red hill, simonstown, southern peninsula<br> (my landline nr. ***)... in recent fires, our substation was totally destroyed. yet, we see no Telkom repair happening. we are weeks without land line.(and can not recharge.. so in Telkom terms they cut us off because we don't recharge, yet we can't and what for are we paying??) since also Vodacom is unreliable here on the hill, we have sometimes limited or no communication... which is dangerous in emergencies... <br> Telkom is aware of problem but nothing happens... <br> please info. kind regards, Irma engelbrecht and hannelie brink, line holder.
