Substandard service for 2 year and now you refuse to cancel
For 2 loooooong years I have been the victim of your bad service as you stole my money every month for LTE which never performed the way you advertised or promised. Numerous call were just close without any resolution. You obviously ignored my request to cancel the contract due to the fact that you could not deliver a service. Now both contract are out of contract period. I submitted a cancellation in person ( ********** 4) and days later received a SMS that the case is closed! Subsequently I have send cancellation requests via email (the latest ********** 920) with no response from you. And still you are happily *****ing my money every month.

After having my money ****** by you for 2 long years and having to jump hoop to get the contracts cancelled even after contract end date you want me to convert it to a compliment? What do I compliment? Also lets wait until the end of DEC to see how much money you try to ***** from me then before we start claiming compliments.
