Since November I have been billed for once off and monthly subscriptions which I never subscribed to. I have to lodge a complaint before I get info of the company *****ing money from me. Then wait several days before calling back to check the case number to get the info. Finally after 3 months they stopped taking my money over R200 p/m and now instead a different company is taking R157.50 without my permission. NO refunds since November and hold for over 30 minutes for the call centre to answer
