I would like to report an unauthorised debit order. Nqobile in sales dept opened an account/contract (Acc #: ***) without my knowledge or authorisation. Telkom tried twice to deduct the amount of R301,70 from my account, not even sure where they got my absa banking details. I have not received any services including router or sim card from telkom but they keep on sending me a bill. Telkom ***** dept please follow up on this, it is reflecting badly on my name.
