Subscription for instarena!

I want to share my complaint here that I recently lodged to telkom. I have been billed for 2 months by Telkom for a subscriptions called instarena that I never signed up to.Never subscribes to such service since my SIM was used a mobile router. How is it possible to subscribe via the router SIM? I'm not an idiot to subscribe to this ****.
