Sub-standard Telkom Email Process

Ive been a Telkom Fibre and Telkomsa.net e-mail user for a long time now, and in the early days there were few, if any, real issues, but no longer so. ... and here I talk to the Telkomsa.net e-mail process. Connectivity issues, non-recognition of it's own servers, and a nightmare ... lost mails, and any attempt to contact Telkom proves to be impossible. Please Telkom, we are the customer ... Thanks
