Stupidity of the system
I have app**** for a contract online.Your consultant phone me with personal questions. Great now that your system fails me and you apparently now me better than I know myself I cannot be assisted because of your system. This is pathetic and a great way of losing business on a daily basis. Get in contact with me asap as this is a joke

I have phoned all customer care numbers and if you think I havehave 15min in my day to stay on the line to wait for someone to answer you are more of a joke than I thought. phone me asap
