Stupid Telkom service

So telkom hires sales companies to act on their behalf in acquiring new clients. And after the deal is sealed when you have a problem they send you back to that company then it becomes a game whereby they send you back and forth. I'm a Telkom customer but I need to call Mondo to rectify my incorrect bill. While they have the so called 'right' to disconnect my line when I remind them of their responsibility to fix my info and package information I need to go to Mondo. They hire a bunch of idiots even team leaders can't help how do you lead without product info and company info?
