Stupid Telkom

I am so annoyed right now. Telkom has been harassing me to pay for installation of an ADSL line whine they never installed. I have called thier call centre numerous times with thier agents saying that the account will be closed and they cant give me a reference number for the enquiry. The debt agents that keep calling me however want a reference number... Telkom sort you nonsense out. I am not your customer and I will never be.
