Stupid slow with Exchange upgrades
Hi,<br> <br> Telkom is stupid slow regarding any kind of exchange upgrade.<br> <br> My exchange support is still the same as it was in 2011. They bragging about bringing fibre to the people but still its a slow process just adding a 10mbps exchange support to area's.<br> <br> Not even planned upgrade mentioned or a estimate given.<br> <br> How can you not upgrade an exchange in over 3 years.<br> <br> Jan

This just tells you what a next to useless company they are.
This should be reported as they do not keep true to the services that they offer.
10meg line in my area as shown on their website and can barely keep a 4meg line stable.
