Stupid people that telkom employs

Every time you call in you get some stupid person on the line!! Seems Telkom is like government!! Useless!! We changed from Vodacom to Telkom more than a year ago I think but now I'm starting to seriously regret it!!! If it's not their false advertising on the website that states every time you recharge with R50 to R100 you are guaranteed a free wifi bundle which is not the case anymore, hasn't been for me for 3 months and for my husband for the past 4/5 months!! Then they try passing the buck and give you **** stories!!! I also recharged on the 29th to have my BIS not expire but 5 days now later it says I'm out of bundle and when you call in to query what the hell is going on the stupid woman on the other end isn't even listening but says she's listening but keeps quiet until you have to say hello!!! Then she says she couldn't hear you but she kept quiet until you had to say hello to hear if someone is there but didn't say in the 1st place she couldn't hear!!! Then I ask her if I actually have to repeat myself again to which she exclaimed if I want to???? **** I think I need to switch back to Vodacom!!! Telkom is a BIG mess!!!! Tanya ***
