Stupid Debit system!!!! pure foolishness

What in the ****a shop is Telkom running, I'm being told that i cant change my banking details as my new account is not even 3 months old...how stupid is this???????????????? Old account is being closed due to *****, next thing they will be charging for non payment where as its their stupid system that wont accept a new account. Ngizwe nje ningiphonela or stop my services for non payment ....Nizonya straight!!!!
