Stupid and useless

Your guys came and installed a line. I ordered a 10mb line and the only speed i got was 4-5mb. the guys installing the line told me i should call to change it to a 4mb because they cant get 10mb (its listed on your site i can get 10mb in my area)(false advertising). I did call to change it, it never ****ing happened. numerous of your telkom people called me to fix the line but geuss what? nothing happened. I WILL NOT PAY THE AMOUNT FOR 10MB IF I HAD 4-5MB OF SPEED! so you went and listed me on the credit ****list. you wasted your time calling me to fix a problem and nothing changed! i said to all the telkom people calling me to come and test the line for proof that its not getting 10mb speeds! you did not even list a debit order like i asked when i ordered the line.<br> when will you guys ever wake up and start doing your jobs. until you give me the right amount i will not pay becuase then you will rob me!
