Stupid agents and staff

Don't take out a contract at Vredenburg malls Telkom shop hi my Andre I have two mobile contacts with Telkom also added insurance or so I thought I do have insurance but on my old devices and not on my upgrades when I went in to the store and asked for a upgrade the first time they check my contract I was asked if i wanted insurance I said yes I was told there is already insurance on my account and how it works is because I already have insurance I just need to keep it up to date ( keep making the payments) and my new divides will be covered I even was assisted by the manger and was given the same information a few months later one of my new devices fell went in to the store and was told I do have insurance but on my old devices and not on my one's and the information I was given was wrong if a upgrade is done a new insurance plan has to be taken out and on both of my contracts it said no for insurance in the box is no ticket I could not believe it asked the manger what now nothing. the manger and the agent that help me no longer work in the store so he cannot hold anyone accountable for the info that I was given to me so to keep coming back in to the store I'll just be wasting my time. I sold one of my old devices and I'm still paying insurance on it also my broken phone now can't be fix and my other phone is also not insuranced and because it now 5 months old I can't not get it insuranced all of this because of Telkom verdenburg just stay away
