Student in desperate need for internet connection

<p>Since tuesday morning my internet has been down, they only installed it 2 weeks ago. It was still working perfectly monday night and tuesday I woke up with a restricted connection. Constant calling and emailing back and forth led us to nothing. I still have the problem and they closed my service request even though nobody did anything to it? I urgently need my wifi, I have a lot of assignments to submit! I am so frustrated, I hope someone can help me.</p>
