Struggling with faulty phone line for over a year

The phone nr *** has now been out of order for more than a year. When I phone no one can assist me.<br> I have been paying rent on this line for more than a year without being able to use it. <br> I WANT THIS PHONE LINE TERMINATED AND REMOVED ASAP. I now again sit with an outstanding account of R1421.00 this is without being able to use this line for months on end. I need some action on this immediately.<br>
