Struggling to get installation after relocating

We have relocated and informed telkom that we would need to reinstall our cables at our new home. Unfortunately, after several calls to telkom, it has now been 2 weeks and we have no internet. It is an absolute mission to try and get a hold of anyone, let alone the correct person and then to have someone actually call us to install the cables. I am once again completely disappointed in telkom's service.
