Struggling To Get ADSL Line

I have struggled so much to get an ADSL line out of Telkom. I moved into a new house last year in Sinoville PTA into a complex. Before I signed contract with the rental agency I first wanted to ensure Telkom can move my ADSL line there. I requested the move of my line and I was ensured they will be able to move my line. After I moved in not a week later, Telkom contacted me to say there is no infrastructure in my area/complex and they cancelled my line I wanted to relocate. That was so frustrating. I ended up signing a 24 Month contract for LTE, but this is VERY expensive seeing as we are a data dependent household and mostly stream TV services because of my deaf brother who needs subtitles to watch anything. Basically, we need uncapped internet connectivity. I am already on the biggest LTE package there is, and I always end up buying more data during any given month. Most frustratingly, their website keeps showing we have ADSL on the coverage map. Also my house in the complex has a telephone connection box as well. Several months later I got an SMS from Telkom saying I can apply for ADSL as there is connectivity. I immediately phoned to order the service and I was once again ensured there is coverage of 10Mbs. A week after that, order was cancelled due to no infrastructure again.... I decided it's pointless and left it there. I phoned Telkom again yesterday to enquire about the fibre roll out in our area as I see they are busy with cabling in our area. They told me we definitely will have fibre before the end of the year, but why don't I get ADSL in the meantime then they will just switch me to fibre once the roll out is completed. I nearly lost it, and explained to them my struggle for the past year already. The lady went into my profile and order history and she confirmed to me that the previous agents kept logging the wrong address of my complex/phase and the orders were subsequently cancelled before it went to the technicians for installation. Apparently the address she used for my complex does show ADSL connectivity because it falls under a different switch/exchange. Essentially the order was placed... I still think this is too good to be true and I just know by next week I will get that famous SMS I'm so used to... "Your order reference ********** 38A has been cancelled due to no connectivity, please consider on of our SmartBroad/LTE packages".... This wouldn't surprise me if this is just some strategy to force people to use the much more expensive LTE network...
