Struggling to cancel telkom order i dint even place!

I have been using Telkom adsl and its been ok. Now vuma has put fibre in my are so i thought i would go to fibre and use cool ideas as my ISP, only to find out without my consent telkom went app**** for them to be my ISP on vuma without asking me, now they havens installed the line as the area still in pre order phase. I have contacted telkom 3 times and still having trouble cancelling this pending order that i didn't even order. Vuma wont let me order another ISP until the telkom one is cancelled. Can anyone help me please? Thanks
